An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

This is a 0.83 post (infant hours), working in a mainstream class setting.
Candidates must have a strong work ethic, demonstrate flexibility and use their own initiative. They must be willing to work as part of a team with others, under the direction of class teachers and the school Principal. The successful candidate will be expected to respect the confidentiality of students at all times and demonstrate their ability to be part of a team. Knowledge and experience of working with children in an autism class is desirable.
